Honestly, the matcha quality is excellent. However, I give 1 star because the bag arrived in a disgraceful state. It was covered in what looked like dried coffee stains. For a premium ceremonial brand, I expected a pristine unboxing, not a dirty package that I had to wipe down before using. Really disappointing handling for a should be high-end product.
